Why Your Company Needs A Better Hiring Tool

It’s 2015. Your company is already changing the world, and working with a huge number of technologies under the hood. You understand that hiring only the best is your topmost priority, but I would bet my mustache that the following things are true for your typical hiring process:

  1. Whether you are hiring a web developer, a database guy or NodeJS geek, your first level of filtering contains only MCQ, subjective or algorithmic problems.

  2. After initial filtering, your entire funnel is completely manual - you call candidates in your office, make them sit with your tech guys for multiple rounds, ask them to code on a whiteboard, review everything manually - phew!

  3. When you do remote assessment before calling someone to your office, your team members send the candidates questions via email, ask them to send the code, download it, try to run it and then send back the reviews - again, so cumbersome.
